Shamrock Home Inspections

Awful. I donâ t even think heâ s licensed or certified to do home inspections. We naively hired him without checking his credentials. He never once went into the crawlspace to check out the foundation when we have very obvious foundation issues (that we didnâ t know until after we moved into the house because his report did not state any issues!) we also have a lot of electrical issues that are not up to code- which is a huge fire hazard. The house was empty when we had the inspection done so itâ s not like anything was hidden. I remember asking Dan about the electrical wires (thereâ s homemade wires all throughout the house that arenâ t even grounded!!) and he said everything looked fine. I know he knew the sellerâ s realtor who was present at the time so Iâ m thinking he was helping her out by passing the inspection. I recently reached out because I wanted to see a copy of the report (all of my emails were deleted, unfortunately) and he couldnâ t provide it. He then ignored my next message so here I am updating my review for this scammer. He only charged $300 but I wish we hired someone reputable because we absolutely wouldnâ t have signed off on this house if we knew how many safety issues and foundation issues we would have to fix just to make it decent for us to live here with our young children.

They are awesome, do amazing work, everything is done on time, and are very reasonable.
