Did a great job

I needed to have the vinyl by the toilet replaced. We had the vinyl so Mr. Thomas had to remove the toilet, put a new wax ring in it, and replace the vinly. He matched the pattern very nicely, and it looks very good. We are planning to do work with him in the future.

ON time, good workmanship. would use him again.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Ron called me moments after I submitted my request, and showed up within an hour. He was able to replace two areas of carpet that were a mess, and the room looks gorgeous. You can't even tell where the seams are.

We just had a tiny job. We needed the carpets in my mothers tiny 3 bedrooms restretched. I was handling the arrangements from out of town. Ron called me back immediately. He went out to the house the next day to evaluate the job and give me an estimate. We thought the living room and hall would probably also need it, but he looked and said no, it was fine. I authorized him to go ahead and do the work right then. He was fine with us waiting until we got a neighbor to check out the work before we mailed him a check. The neighbor checked it out that day and said it was good. So we have no complaints.
