Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
They inspected my Chimmney and said $ 1000 dollars to clean the Chimmney and remove the cresote . I climbed the ladder after the work was completed and the cresote was the same as before cleaning . I asked the tech about it and he said it will burn off after this winter as you burn your wood . That did not happen . Upon Inspection this march 2026 it is exactly the same as before . I called Shammrock and they said for another $800 dollars they would come back . I am not getting them to ever do anything for me and will tell everyone about my experience . I do not recommend this company and I wish I had called another company instead . Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had with a company . I had to give them one star or it wouldn?t let me post this review . Or I would give them a minus zero rating.

Shamrock arrived on Sunday,8. Give me a price of 250dollars to fix the water leak, Vinny, the installer state
Since the job came with a 4-year warranty, I gave them a 50-dollar deposit. Shamrock came back on Monday, Feb 9, and put roofing tar around the chimney and stated that it would fix the leak. I paid the remaining balance of 200 dollars, and Vinny said they would email a receipt with all the info. On Sunday, Feb 15, it rained, and I still have a water leak. I call Monday, Feb 16, at 888-737-0903 to let them know the leak was still there. The person told me it was on a metal roof and would not send an installer back. I did request them to come back and give me another estimate, but he hung up on me

Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
Technician arrived outside scheduled time, performed minimal inspection using only a cellphone flashlight, did not use equipment, did not provide invoice or discuss payment. Then I received a call the next morning from Shamrock s collections department alleging refusal to pay for service; no inspection report or bill provided and has threatend with law enforcement if not payed. Terribly dissapointed with the whole service. Would not recommend.

Starting with Vinny who came out and explained everything and what could and could not be done in our manufactured home made it simple to understand. We liked the options that he gave us and the quote was very reasonable. Deybib and Manny came on time the day of install, they were both knowledgeable and professional. They made it fun watching them put a hole through our wall. They explained everything and explained the working of the stove. I would definitely recommend Shamrock to install any wood stove for sure. Thank you guys!

Vinnie and his crew were very thorough. They showed up when expected and took time to listen to concerns about the chimney. They inspected the roof and made recommendations to improve safety and longevity of the structure.

The tech was great. He did a simple job that I am no longer able to do. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked but that isen't on him. The job was also delayed by 1 week do to them cancelling the first appointment. I would have appreiciated a discount from the company for waiting a week.
