The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess.

The two men came Friday at 2:00 pm and quoted me a price. They said they could get a job done by dark and I gave them the go ahead. They repaired our chimney and was done in 3 hours. They were really good workers and did a super job. It rained last night and no leaks in the garage last night. We really would recommend them for chimney repair. I would give them a 10 out of 10. These two gentlemen came to my house. Mind you, it's a Sunday holiday to give me an estimate. They gave me a fair price. They said, we can do it now if you'd like. I was surprised. I agreed. They were very professional, told me how they were gonna do it and they got the job done. I was pleased and quite impressed.

The guy that came was very friendly, time management did not do well, they were supposed to call ahead and they never did it, and i had to reach out to them.

George and Nikko arrived early and had their inventory of chimney caps inside the truck. The project was quoted and executed on the spot. The new round stainless steel cap has a wire cage large enough to allow maximum airflow while keeping out bats and vermin. The duct and flashing were also freshly sealed against rain!

Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
I called to have my chimney cleaned. They called me back the following day and set an appointment for the following day. They set my appointment for 9 am. They arrived right on time. They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process. Letting me know exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They never made any mess and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. They are not from this area but I am sure glad they traveled to get the job done.
