I am missing yard decorations and signs. There were roofing nails and trash left everywhere. They left a dumpster blocking my garage for days. They were supposed to do landscaping work in addition to the roof and they only completed a small portion of it. I had to hire someone else. They subcontracted out concrete work to a third party who never showed up to complete the work and the third party still has hundreds of dollars they agreed to refund.

I needed a new roof and wood repair affected by the roof. My soon to be ex insurance company refused to acknowledge the need, so the cost was all on me. For that reason, along with my situation dealing with all this alone after disasters, and my persnickety nature, I take the project very seriously, and when I say I made the right decision choosing SOS, believe me. I say this only to emphasize why SOS is the company to choose: Since my parents' deaths, a spine injury, and 10 years of disasters, I have tried to keep the house nice in their honor and memory; yet, I've been shocked to be subjected to crooks left and right. Someone took $1700.00 and did not rebuild my steps. A well known large local company did a horrid job rescreening, adding 2 porch doors, etc. ... and there's more, so I had no idea what to expect from SOS other than a recommendation I hoped would be true for me also. SOS Roofing is more than just a company. These are PEOPLE who are good, honest, and caring people. From my experience, I can tell you that the job (and a bit extra) will be done well and done right - period. They will not accept anything less no matter what time and work is involved. THE JOB AND ALL INVOLVED WITH THE PROJECT WILL BE DONE RIGHT. The Stewart Family has the work and personal ethics to accept nothing less. Did they do a quality job on the new roof? DEFINITELY YES! Are their prices fair? Again, YES! Are they here to help on time, friendly, professional, and all you'd want when having people on your property? They are all of that and more. They are great people with a wonderful crew. I also learned that, as the owner is a contractor, they do more than roofing, so I hope to work with them on several future projects. I have a mile long list of people who have ripped me off on the houses, so for me to put these people at the top of my "Great List" along with a very few others in other areas ... Trust me, they deserve to be there, and you deserve to have them work on your roof and house!

About 3 weeks ago, S.O.S. Construction completed a roof removal and replacement on my house in Surfside Beach. I appreciated the personal care I received throughout the entire process. Once I decided and scheduled a start date, within 48 hours my roof and all cleanup were completed. Shane and William were very helpful and available to guide me through the process as they patiently listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The crew was on time, efficient and respectful. My roof looks wonderful, and I have already saved on my Wind & Hail insurance premium. It's my pleasure to recommend them! Don't hesitate to give them a call!

Pleasant to work with. Roof done in a timely manner. Would have given a 5, but clean-up was slow (finished Friday pick-up Monday) . I had to move items back onto the patio.

Shane, Mike and Shane's son (apologize missed his name) gave a great presentation of scope of work, options and timeliness. Left a great packet of info for us to look at and a no rush decision. Completed job quickly and efficiently. Clean up was good. Good people to work with. Price comparison to other quotes was equitable and they provided better shingles than the other companies. We recommend.

Work was excellent! They showed up when promised, very professional, job completed on time. Would absolutely recommend them for any roofing project.

Mike was not your typical sales person it was very easy to talk to him and he listened to what you had to say instead of giving you the typical car salesman pitch we were able to come to a very equitable agreement

The processes were thoroughly explained, Supervisors were present And showed consideration. The heat was extreme however no complaints Were voiced. I would strongly recommend SOS!

Very professional and thorough. I signed a contract on a Tuesday and the job was over on Friday with a small clean up on Saturday. Roofers worked in extreme heat but were very professional. Supervisors were present throughout the day. Had originally, verbally committed to another contractor who was impossible to contact and get on the phone. So happy I went with SOS!

I had entire roof replaced. I am amazed at how fast SOS got this accomplished! Scott the Supervisor was very professional and explained the process to me. I was contacted on Thursday, I received a quote on Thursday, we sealed the deal on Friday morning and roof was complete Saturday early afternoon!!! Roof looks wonderful! I have no complaints and would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a roof replaced.
