Shane was quick to respond to my initial request, he is friendly and extremely professional. We discussed about the repairs that were needed as well as what was needing to be done. He was extremely punctual and showed up on time and in fact was a few minutes, he was diligent about how his time was used on the two projects. we discussed other project that will be needed in the future; along with these upgrades I would call Shane first for emergencies as well.

We had a GENUINE EMERGENCY and Shane Phillips responded like the Fire Department or the EMTs. The job he did was thorough and excellent and he had a considerable distance to travel to attend to our needs. If not an emergency he might have deferred to another plumber more local to us but he understood the emergency and the trouble we might have had finding anyone else in time. If he was available for any work in the future I would contact him directly to offer him what work I might need to have done. It was Labor Day and all things considered I consider his charges reasonable.

Shane gave us options at our estimate and set up a clear plan for the work. He arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job.

Hired Shane to replace an old and broken garbage disposal. The model was discontinued and Shane suggested a similar one that was a decent price. He also adjusted the old piping to include a clean out trap and gave instructions for use and maintenance if future problems arose with the disposal. His professional and courteous manners, his timely and efficient response and his willingness to listen to my needs as well as give suggestions to enhance the project made me REHIRE him for an additional project a week later. The second project involved reconfigured piping for a furnace condensation line. Again Shane gave helpful suggestions and great service. I would highly recommend Shane to any family member, friend, coworker or stranger.
