They were very professional and efficient with resolving the problem on our a/c unit. Notified you when they were near and communicated the issue and what they did to fix it. Definitely would recommend them to anyone and would use them again!

Out of 3 business' contacted this business was the only one that answered the phone. Our AC had stopped running sometime during the day when we were at work. Called at 6pm and someone answered and scheduled to come out the next morning. They arrived between the time stated and were able to fix the problem within a half hour. Pleasant and friendly and even went on to explain how sorry he was that he usually is able to make it out even evening hours but he had gotten in a car accident out of state the day I called and was waiting on a ride home......But he answered the phone. which is more than two other labeled 24/7 places did...that is dedication and I will be calling for all AC and heating repairs.

I had wonderful communications by telephone, email and text with Shane throughout the estimate process. Shane did not pressure me into anything, but made recommendations that would be beneficial and notified me of what would not be necessary. We ended up getting a 15.5 seer AC unit and replacing my furnace with a 2 stage variable speed. He also converted the furnace from pure LP to a heat pump with LP back-up. A new thermostat was installed, as well as a new vent being placed in my foyer. He also went above and beyond and cleaned out my pan in the attic and playing around with the dampeners to assist with even heating/cooling. While up in the attic, I was notified of a bad seal around an exterior vent that is causing a leak. Although I am not happy about the leak, I am extremely happy that he brought it to my attention before it becomes a much larger issue. Overall, he and his team provided excellent service, and very fair pricing. I will be using him again in the future for both maintenance purposes and for future installations.
