Shank Custom Builders has a crew of specialists (for electric, plumbing, painting ,etc.) that Randy consults or brings to the job site as needed. Therefore, we always felt that we had the best professional advice and workmanship available. They updated our bathroom, which included installing heated tile flooring, ordering/installing a custom shower door, stool, medicine cabinet, exhaust fans, faucets and other bathroom fixtures. We decided to add painting and a couple of other smaller jobs to the work order, which Randy readily agree to do. Randy was easy to work with, very professional--responsive to all questions, suggestions. and our time schedule. He always cleaned up the work-site and kept us aware of the work schedule. We are very happy with the results of the work that Shank Custom Builders, Inc. performed for us,

Contracted Randy to build large, master bathroom "walk-in" shower with decorative tile walls, exhaust system with lighting, tiled seating area and large block glass window. Project also included complete re-flooring of bathroom and creation of extra large linen closet. Randy's pricing for the job was very good compared to several other quotes. Work was done very timely--entire project took about 8 working days. Randy was very willing to answer any questions regarding work-in-progress so I could understand all work steps and any issues discovered. Was also very open to any requested changes to work already underway. (Sometimes an owner can't totally visualize what his "dream bathroom" will actually look like until he sees it being built---and then, he realizes he wants changes. Randy was always very understanding and accommodating in that regard.) Any budget changes resulting from owner requested changes or upgrades were always reasonable and well-explained. Randy typically works with his son and they work very well together, and both do an excellent job of communicating with the project's owner. Their quality of work and final product was excellent. Given my experience with Shank Custom Builders, I plan to contact them for any future home renovations I want done. Very honest, trustworthy and competent people to work with!

I hired Randy to remodel my parents bathroom. I'm in Texas and they're in Indiana so I needed a company I could trust to treat my parents right and to get the job done without me being there.
