I had a great experience working with LeRoy and the GrassIQ team. LeRoy was easy to work with, communicated well, and clearly cares about doing the job right. The lawn looked great when they were finished, with clean mowing lines, sharp edging, and everything cleaned up before they left. You can tell they take pride in their work and don?t just rush through the job. It?s hard to find companies that are dependable and pay attention to the little details, but GrassIQ did exactly that. I?d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable lawn care.

This was part of a recent bathroom remodel. After 2 weeks gaps started forming. I've notfied this contractor and they have been a no show twice to the scheduled appointment. I will make a few more attempts before considering them in breach of contract in regards to defects. Be careful with this contractor. In my experience they did not complete my project within the time frame they had quoted and were poor communicators. Calls went to a voice mail box that has not been set up and sometimes I did not receive a response to text messages. No shows without any explaination was the norm.

Our insurance company denied our claim so we had to pay for our desperately needed repairs out of our pocket.Shanks construction came through for us at an affordable price. We are very thankful for his very professional and kind help. Wanda S.
