I got your company's name from Vista Ridge townhomes HOA ( we have a rental unit there) I'm not sure if $150 fee is reasonable rate or not. The service man was nice and friendly. Thnak you

They showed up on time, explained all issues and possible resolutions to me (a cable attached to a downspout), fixed the issues and were fast and thorough.

I think they did a good job. They were very friendly and got the job done quickly. This type of work is difficult to inspect, so when the rains start pouring is when I'll know how good they really did. I have confidence that everything was done well.

They did an amazing job did not interrupt what we were doing and as important as that was to us they were also obliging by doing it on short notice which we appreciated Excellent Call and remind us in a year. Thanks!

They were able to come out to our home within a few days of us calling. The people that did the work were friendly and courteous. They explained what they were going to do, how long they would be, and what the charges were all up front so there were no surprises. We have mesh covering our gutters and some of the mesh was displaced during the cleaning and it was not replaced as it was. We will now need to get a ladder out and take care of that. That is why I am giving a Fair rating and not higher.

They were very polite and professional. They came when they said they would and completed the job with care and to my utmost satisfaction. Will call them again.

Windows not clean after completion. Tracks not cleaned, despite being told they would be. Unable to complete project (could not do skylight). After complaint to company, no offer made for reimbursemnt.

They were first to make contact with us, we made a mutually convenient appointment, they were on time, they explained their procedure to us and gave us a fair price, they did the job and we were satisfied.

We had a few problems with scheduling on their part but once we got that solved the guy that did the windows was very good and very professional. I am happy with the job he did.

The folks at Shannon The Cannon worked me into their schedule right away (filled in a cancellation) with little advanced notice. I have well over 30 windows and they were done in 2 hours with little need for me to direct.

I was pleased that I could get a very reasonable rate for just doing the basic gutter cleaning with the option of a bid on any further detailed cleaning. He arrived as scheduled and the job was done in a timely manner, not too fast and not too slow. The gutters were overflowing with pine needles and little branches, a big job done well. I was also able to request window washing the day before and he did that too, very well at a terrific rate. Responses for bids and services were immediate and quite satisfactory.

They came on time did the work quickly and left after cleaning up. Good job! Their over the phone estimate range was helpful for general estimating but I'm sure the actual price will be the high estimate for almost everyone. It was a very big range though..about a 40% swing.
