We signed a contract for $2,500 for a deck repair and painting. The company came out twice to provide estimates before starting. However, on the first day of work?after removing just a few boards?they claimed the project would actually cost $36,000. I had several other companies provide estimates, and none were over $3,500. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I lost my $500 deposit because they claimed they had already started working that morning. Please don't make the same mistake I did. They lure you in with a low price and then drastically change the story once the work begins. Stay away.

"Thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and want to clarify the situation accurately. Just because your deck was build wrong 30 years ago and you think you can fix a 1000 sq ft deck with 3000$ is impossible! When we removed the boards and saw the condition that your deck is out of code and as a licensed contractor in new jersey you can?t perform a patch up so it would require a proper installation! Again you can?t rebuild a 1000 sq ft deck with 3k! Good luck on your project!"

On our backyard we have a huge deck about 1200 sq ft, we got so many quotes to compare cuz we wanted a good price and also a good job. Jack and Erick showed up and explained also what it needed to be done, I had a relief the way they explained and the job was done top notch. I would use them for every need on my house. I had also way cheaper prices but you pay for what you get for. I would highly recommend them.
