Absolutely a wonderful experience! As a single female, I feel I have to be extremely cautious when hiring contractors for projects around my home. The “rubber” roof over a portion of my home was in need of replacement. It was showing some signs that it wasn’t doing its job. So I did the usual, getting several estimates, checking the contractor’s history with the BBB, and Virginia’s various consumer and contractor divisions. Shark Construction was not the least expensive quote I received, but had a very good labor warranty of 10 years and best material expected lifetime. Miguel was professional and patient with my questions and concerns. He and his father arrived on time and removed the old roofing material as planned. He showed me some of the water damage that was found once the roofing was removed. (I’ve owned the home just barely 2 years.) They removed and replaced what was needed that day so the installation scheduled for the following day could happen. The crew showed up on time on day 2 and everything went as planned. I am very grateful for all the work from the entire crew. Again, an awesome experience and I highly recommend Shark Construction!

Miguel and team did an excellent job replacing my roof and installing new gutters. Looks terrific and the price was very reasonable.

The whole process was quick and easy. The job was done fast the craftsmanship was great. The price was fair. cheaper than the other 2 quotes we got. In a few days we had a new roof. very satisfied.
