From my initial conversation with Joe I could tell there was something different about him. When he says customer service means the world to him, trust him, because it really does. He thoroughly explained what to expect upfront and didn’t shy away from stating he warranties his work. Joe really helped us out by traveling from Statesville to Rutherfordton. I was struggling to find someone locally that seemed trustworthy. Joe showed up when he said he would and we are very happy we went with Shark Pools, LLC out of Statesville, NC. The liner fits perfectly!

Cannot say enough about Joe and Michael, he’s a true expert at his craft, we followed his advice and went with the lather liner for our pool and it looks so amazing, the vermiculite had to be completely replaced, no imperfections can be found, smooth and tight, he told us that style of liner would add a touch of class to our entire backyard environment, we’re thrilled with with our choice to go with shark pools, turn this guy loose, let him do what he does best, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

After having a horrific experience with a previous pool person I found shark pools. Owner called me immediately upon my inquiry and came out to assess the situation asap. Excellent job, very timely and professional

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my pool liner and step installation. It took a little longer than I anticipated but I was informed as to when they could come or when and why they couldn't come to work on the project, With the excessive heat wave we had in July, it was totally understandable not to work in 105 degree heat! Joe and his team were very congenial and respectful, I am totally enjoying the end results!!!

I hired Joe to replace vinyl liner in my pool and got more than I could ask for with the experience and know how of someone that has been in the business for so long. I appreciated that Joe is honest and not trying to just make a fast dollar ,which is a rarity in this day and time. Joe is Shark Pools. He has eons of experience about anything to do with pools and especially pool liners. So as a new pool owner, Joe has been gracious in tutoring this novice on what to do and the why to ensure the best life out of my pool liner and pool experience in general. His work is superb and pricing more than fair. Joe is old school, meaning he does what he promises and exceeds all expectations. Shark Pools exceeded my expectations and delivered a fantastic product. I engaged with them shortly after the gas shortage, which led to liner shortages and extended lead times. However, Joe competently got me the liner I wanted, installed it shortly after it arrived, and handled all the installation issues with professionalism and straightforward communication. They were here every step of the way making sure measurements were exact. Really impressed on how efficient every phone call and text was answered promptly. Before calling Shark Pools I had attempted contacting several other companies to get the job done and no one responded back. Shark Pools answered the phone on my first call and was here the next day with estimate. That's how trusted business should be done! Joe is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to pools. We appreciate his expertise and were educated on several pool facts and tips. The man knows Pools! The pool liner seems to be made very well which made our older pool look so pretty and brand new. The only problem I had was picking out the liner as so many designs made it hard to choose. Our family are very happy and look forward to many pool parties in our new pool thanks to Shark Pools.

Joe and his team had great knowledge about pool liners, I have an older pool that had been repaired wrong before....they fixed me right up, and also installed an automatic chlorine dispenser ..... great customer service

Joe & Daniel really worked Hard to get the job done RIGHT!! He took the time to come out , take accurate measurements & offered expert advice on proper pool care. After 30 years of working with many pool companies. Not one of them took time or even cared if you understood what to do to help make your liner last longer!! This Guy knows his stuff! Joe gets the job done ASAP!

Joe the owner of Shark Pools did a great job on our liner replacement. It was a job well overdue and turned into a bit more work than anticipated, but Joe did a great job taking care of each aspect of the project. Joe and his team from Shark Pools did an excellent job replacing our pool liner. It looks fabulous! From the first visit to give an estimate to the final visit to finish up the installation, they were complete professionals. Joe kept us updated on the process and was always there when they said they would be there. Any questions we had during the process were promptly answered. I cannot say enough good things about this company. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a business that was so prompt, trustworthy and professional.

Shark Pools (Joe) recently installed a pool liner at our home. The workmanship was wonderful, but several other things impressed me. He and his associate, Larry personally drove out to our house to look at the pool and talk about the liner replacement (others would just quote on the phone without seeing the pool). Joe always called back when I left messages and was not pushy after discussing cost. When we settled on a liner, he and Larry came out to the house and spent hours getting exact measurements, and explained the process. He handled everything (others wanted me to arrange water refill. When Joe left our home, the pool was full of water and looked beautiful. The pool area was left very clean. All debris and old liner was taken away from site. I highly recommend Shark Pools.
