The tech showed up one and a half hours late, worked on the water heater for about one hour than left to get parts than came back after a hour worked on the heater for about a hour said that he broke a pipe and would be back the next day. Well so fare no one has come back. We called and they said they would call right back and never did.

I had them come out to service central air, there was a young guy not even out of school yet he said, trying to find the electrical for the air. Had to turn off power to whole house. His boss showed up as he had some questions I guess. Well the condenser is going they said, and then proceeded to tell me I needed a new furnace too. They weren't there for the furnace. They left and when I got home from work a couple days later, I tried to get into my gar a g e and had to call the company that installed it.....well after spending half hour on hold with them, it was determined my opener was offline. Go out to the garage and had to use deadbolt to get in.......only to find NO POWER AT ALL FOR 3 DAYS. I have a refrigerator with food and such in it. All had to be thrown away as having no power meant the fridge wasn't work all that time due to no power. Sent an email to the company late afternoon Thursday and my Friday evening still haven't heard from them. I would say they lack customer service.
