I personally worked with Mitch, and he was incredibly responsive, professional, and a great communicator throughout the entire process. I called Mitch last Thursday asking if he had availability in the next day or so. Knowing how hot it was outside and how busy they were, I wasn't sure how soon they would be able to get me in. With both of my units, I was noticing a swamp cooler type smell at certain times, when the compressor would turn on. I've dealt with clogged drain lines in the past, that ended up causing a lot of damage to a ceiling in my living room. Mitch was able to get me on the schedule for the next day Friday. Miguel showed up late Friday to look at my two units. He went into the attic and checked out both systems. He flushed out both of my drain lines, and also looked at my coils. He took pictures showing me there was a little bit of dirt buildup that was contributing to the smell. Then they went to the outside units and checked them as well. Let me include that I had another company check my units in April, before the heat kicked in. Not sure why they did complete what Sharp Air did. When it was all said and done, they charged me a minimal amount, in my opinion, for the work they did. They also suggested that I get the coils cleaned, which I plan on doing soon. They gave me what I thought was a very fair price on that as well. I know a lot of people are skeptical when it comes to HVAC companies, but going forward, I will always reach out to, and recommend to my friends and family, Sharp Air. Thank you again!

After hours the AC unit at our rental house went down. Called SharpAir and within a few hours the AC was repaired and running like normal. Justin was extremely friendly and efficient. We’ve used Sharp Air for years and will continue to support this great company.

We have used Sharp for emergency calls and seasonal maintenance. They are fantastic to work with and super responsive! We recently had an emergency that turned into a unit replacement. Sharp not only gave us a fair price but Justin was so helpful answering all our questions and making sure we were taken care of. I can't recommend them enough!!
