Still have slow drain and he does not seem to have time to come back. Very disappointed...

We came out and cleared a bathtub in the front house. then weeks later she calls for a toilet backup in a rear rental unit and demands we do it for free. We explained that the two drains were not related but she did not care. We also gave here a free camera inspection of main sewer line that was filled with a root problem she claims has been getting worse over the years and that is why the main line is backing up. She still wanted us to clean the main line for free.

Great licensed plumber! I received a list of items from the housing dept. that needed to be brought to code and permitted. I showed them the list and they explained to me what the building and safety codes were and the work they needed to do. They also noticed some other things that might need to be addressed and gave me a separate estimate for those items. I learned so much from that first meeting with Sharp and they came in with a very reasonable estimate, so we chose them. They completed the work in the time frame discussed and found other issues that needed to be fixed. They gave me a quick estimate, and completed additional work right away. They applied for the permits, and communicated with me the entire time. I work in home remodeling so i have some knowledge of plumbing, and found Sharp to be very trustworthy.
