We hired Rob from Sharp plumbing to install a center draining freestanding bathtub. Our previous plumber was unable to install the tub and claimed it was defective because he could not get the tub to drain efficiently. We found Sharp Plumbing online and they sent Rob out to our house to assess the situation. He did a thorough examination of the tub, plumbing, drain, etc and concluded that the tub could be installed, so that it would drain properly. Rob delivered on his promise when he came back and installed the center drain tub. We tested it and it drained very quickly. Rob's skill and professionalism saved us a lot of extra cost and hassle. Without him, we probably would have returned the tub that we liked.

I asked if there was a trip charge and was told they let you know when they arrive and evaluate. My husband showed him the faucet in need of repair and asked him how much it would be and he said $320- My husband asked does my wife know this and he said yes! He NEVER told me this!!! When confronted with this he said it must have been a miscommunication. NO. I appreciate the fact that they could come within 2 hours, but $320.00 to repair a faulty shower faucet is price gouging in my opinion. We also showed him a few other small items that needed looking at and he said he would check them out when he was done with the shower, and he proceeded to tell us, after having looked at the items, when he was done that he did not have time for that today and that we never showed these items to him. WHAT???? He said he would have to make another trip to look at and repair these things. I asked if it would be another $320 and he said no that he would figure that out as he went. Not happening. Too many lies for us. NOT happy.

Wow! After waiting for over a week from another plumber for a "part", I phoned Sharp Plumbing Services. I was thrilled that I received an immediate phone pick-up from a real person. Rob was polite and friendly. He was quick to respond to my needs and my shower valve replacement was completed in no time.
