Ron, the project manager, was so nice, explained in detail what the process will be, gave me a good price and the project was done in a timely manner, with high quality. I got several estimates but decided to hire Dr. Roof because I felt that they are a reliable contractor. I will definitely recommend this company and hire them again in the future. Keep up the good work and your customers happy and satisfied!

Sloppy at best. Zero attention to detail and almost zero communication from so called project manager. If you are flipping homes hire them but if it is your home negotiate with the next bidder. Not worth the headache. I had to reject material delivery because it was the wrong material (project managers job). I had to stop the work because they started to install leaving rotted edges and broken and rotted eaves. Had told so called project manager they needed replacing prior to starting. Once finished I took a walk around only to see nails and nails coming thru the shiplap/tongue and groove. Had them replace it and they ground down the nails with a grinder and caulked broken and cracked wood. Sloppy. Paint on the floor. There is still at least 20/30 nails sticking thru. And what is troubling is that this is their standard practice. I can?t believe home advisor has them listed as a reliable contractor candidate.

Only difficulty I had was getting the warranty and notice of completion. One person said another had to get it to us and the other said the first person was responsible. I emailed the main office and got what I needed the same day. Permits were pulled in less than a week, job completed in two days, with rain the only delay. Three months after completion (Christmas Eve), we developed a leak. Project manager came same day to inspect and repair the problem. Great service, they made my Christmas merry.

They were very clear with their pricing, didn’t high ball me abs then try to haggle. They had a great product, great timing, great price. I can’t find a flaw. After getting estimates with 3 other companies Dr. Roof was the best by far.

We needed to replace our roof after a series of strong wind storms but we were having some issues getting our insurance company to pay for the full cost of replacing the roof. So we were tasked with getting a few estimates from roofers. Many of the roofers we called gave our roof a cursory glance and told us they couldnâ t do the partial replacement suggested by our insurance company. Some of the roofers we called refused to come to the house to give us an estimate and some never even returned our call! But Dr. Roof gave our roof a thorough examination and told us that even though it was best to replace the entire roof that they would work with us if the insurance company refused. Armed with their estimate, we were able to go back to our insurance company and get the full amount. Even though we didn't get back to them for a few months, when we called to set up a date to choose the tiles we wanted and get the ball rolling, they were available the very next day. The day after that they started work removing the existing shingles and by the end of the following day the new roof was in place! The entire job was done in essentially two days! The workmen men were very professional too. They took measures to make sure nothing got into our pool and protected the plants we had around the house. When they were done, they cleared out all the debris so well that the area was cleaner than it was when they arrived! I would definitely recommend this company-they were fast, professional, did great work, took care of all the permits, AND not only did they stick to their original estimate, it was also among the lower ones we received! You just canâ t go wrong with these guys!

Do you home work and make sure every detail you talk about is on the contract! Per sqft cost on this project materials & labor should have been between $4-$9 per sqft. In the end we were charged $10 per sqft. Tacked on to the end was a 287.00 charge for two pieces of plywood, that made me giggle pretty loud. The job a 300 sqft garage I remodeled into a sound studio. The structure is old but in decent enough shape. The exterior exposed rafters are the issue, we discussed cutting them back or enclosing it. I was told not to worry about it they would take care of it. Well they didnt enclose it, and replaced the 6" flashing with 4" exposing the rafters even more. Bottom line top of the roof thumbs up, underneath flashing/trim around looks like h***. There is a furring strip that I put up with the old 6" flashing and trim that is hanging off the structure, south side edge of roof water damage was not repaired, roofing tar/nails debris left on my patio and drive way and yes my dog did step on one. Can I post Pict?? In closing again get all details on contract a hand shake=zero!
