Shawn did an excellent job of removing the stumps and roots of uprooted trees that the company could that cut down our fallen trees due to the tornado could not do. He is very professional and friendly.

They worked very hard! If you have tall trees and are wanting a tree service to climb up and thin trees this company does not have that capability not proper equipment. HOWEVER, low trimming, including huge branches, clean up etc. They are excellent!! I will hire again.

Easy to work with

I will start by saying the trees that were in need of attention were very, very tall and thick. There were also electrical wires running through them. My concern was they could cause serious problems when storm season came or even end up in the middle of my house. So being very old trees, I thought the roots were deep so the way to go would be to take out some of the branches located mid height & higher to allow the wind to blow through and to lighten the weight of the top of the tree. Then I wanted one other tree removed because I wanted a little more light in the backyard. I wanted this done before the leaves came back on the trees to make it easier all the way around. When Shawn came to take a look at the project he listened to my plan for the backyard and agreed my idea was a good approach. He took some pics, we agreed on a price and set a date. Shawn showed up early with his assistant and they were ready to get to work. He did not have to disturb me with double checking the plan. He did exactly as I asked to the letter. Oh, speaking of letters... he brought proper documentation, at my request, to put my mind at ease that he was indeed insured to do the work. I hate to be a jerk about it, but in that situation, I had to know he was insured for his protection and mine. They were finished after lunch and did a nice job cleaning up the mess. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I will be doing more business with Shawn in the future. He is very courteous, professional and has an awesome work ethic. I am a woman with high expectations and I do not vouch for mediocre players. If you are considering hiring Shawn for a project pick up the phone and call him. You won't regret it.

They missed some windows that they were supposed to do when they quoted me a price. They need to come back and do these windows. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the state of Texas if they do not come back and finish the job. In the worse case, I will hire an attorney.

Fast fair & efficient

Shawn is the type of professional that you hire and you'll be sure the job will be done well. I was unavailable to show him what I wanted done, and although I had to pay extra to tackle some trees that he didn't include in his original quote, he took the initiative and cam close to my vision for the project. I will definitely recommend him and plan to use him for future projects.

We received a notice from the city that out two large oak trees in the front needed to be trimmed. Shawn replied promptly and performed the tree trimming the next day. Excellent work at a fair price. We plan on using his services in a few months on the other large oak trees we have. We are very pleased.
