Excellent response time, they were able to resolve our well issues the same day. Very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and replace the faulty switch and we had water again! I have no reservations about recommending them for your well and septic needs.

Well Pump Installation and Replacement
I had a Well that had stopped working and suspected a dead Well pump. From the time when I dealt with the Sharpe's home office management; they were professional, caring, and made sure the service truck would have a variety of parts so they could resolve the issue(s) with one visit. Chris and Brian appeared on time, pulled the bad pump, replaced it with new pump, performed tests, and got the system back up and running. The field team was competent, communicative, skilled and caring. They did a great job and restored the job site to be clean and as they found it. They are a great team. On a second issue, the repaired a second Well system that had several leaking valves. Again they did a great job. Brava Sharpes - management and Chris and his team. I highly recommend Sharpe's and their management and field personnel. Chris is very knowedgeable and competent in all the matters involved in Well systems. He is also a professional, cares about doing a good job, and is an excellent communicator.

Septic System Installation and Replacement
In May of 2019 I hired this service to replace my septic tank which was long overdue. I have an outbuilding which has an electric conduit going from my residence, underground, to the outbuilding. The outbuilding has been there at least 15 or more years. During the installation of the septic tank the installers ripped up the electric conduit going to the outbuilding. I fully admit that I did not think about the underground electric line. The cost to repair the damage was $1,326.00. I sent Sharpes a letter asking that they at least reimburse me for some of the repair cost. Sharpes received the letter on the 13th of June, 2019. I have yet to hear from them. I know I should have informed them about the underground line but at the time I did not know where the line ran nor did I think about it. I mentioned in the letter that I thought in being a good neighbor the would shoulder some of the cost. It is now 13 August, 2019 and I have heard nothing. So much for being a good neighbor.

With all the rain we have had and the number of people having the same problem I had, I am surprised at how quickly they could get here. The men knew what they were doing and answered any questions I had. I now will not wait so long to have the tank pumped and will call them again. Highly recommended!

Their Technician Cris was very honest and straight forward about not being able to find anything wrong with my pump. However, he noticed a problem with ants disrupting the flow of electricity and proceeded to replace the part damaged by them. I was very impressed with their honesty and the strong desire to get it right.

I think it'd be really hard pressed to find another co that is as knowledgeable and even close to that customer service by thew lady that answered the phone when I called. She was really, really nice, knew exactly I needed to get done before hiring and I'm not so sure the men know any more than she does! (thats NOT a knock on the men as they know everything that there probably is to know, but more of a compliment to her as she is well experienced, knowledgeable and competent, that's all I mean) Dont think this place is limited to wells. Or septic tanks. They can take care of everything you might need as far as grading or trees or plans, etc, etc. Hard pressed to find a company any better than this one.
