Bad experience overall. Drywall work subpar, hired for whole-house drywall remodel. He was there on time was probably the only positive. Originally hired to do drywall and finish, but stopped after the hanging mostly because it was terrible, it will basically cost more for finishing because of the poor quality work. He also charged me more per square foot than originally quoted, but I paid it just to go away. His invoice system sucks. He invoiced before he was actually done, and was still accessing the house to finish up, then proceeded to threaten with liens if I did not pay. I do not pay until the job is done, and no one else should either for that matter. I provided all materials so this was just for labor. Not professional. Also proceeded to send lien threats via email and US Mail that I wasted time to go to the post office to pick up, for even 3 weeks after invoice was paid. I do not recommend at all. He has too little of work experience, and not enough business knowledge. I have no problems hiring the smaller, or newer companies vs large companies, but Id never even try him out doing anything else just because of the hassle, the overcharging. I rehab homes for a living and would not ever hire him again. If you do hire him, make sure you have a clear quote, make sure you watch your invoice, and make sure right away you like his work. Cons, he will be QUICK to go and put a lien on your property for no reason other than power trip.

I paid them so they could get supplies and they have not finished the job. They were supposed to install crown molding and have yet to do so.

The work was and is Very Satisfactory, and Professional, I'm Very Pleased with the Work Results, I would most Definitely Recommend This Company , For Sure !!

Shawn was very courteous, prompt and honest. I live in Texas and was so glad to find that Shawn was able to take care of a small project in South Bend. ð

I had Shawn assemble a porch glider for a relative of mine and did a fantastic job. He was very prompt, courteous and stuck to his quote. Would certainly hire him again. RW

Shawn has helped me lay carpet and do drywalling in our new home, he did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him. He had also built me a custom iguana enclosure for my blue iguana. If you need anyone to help remodel your home or build something Shawn would be the one to call!!
