Vinyl or PVC Fence Installation
I received prompt reply to original request but the proposal was much higher than expected.

Job was sloppy. Flashing not done correctly around chimney. Had leak. He could not seem to find time to come back and repair it. Was not truthful about returning. No one ever came after speaking on the phone twice. There were loose shingles and nails left around on roof and below. I gave up as it appeared he wanted me to do. Would not recommend for roofing work. Also, they are located in Delaware. Too far to come back for any problems.

"Linda, I appreciate your comments and will certainly pass them along. However, as with any "repair" project,the warranty can never be as long as if we had replaced your entire roof system. As a matter of fact, most contractors only give a 30 day warranty on repair/patch work if you are even that lucky!Your project was better than a year and a half old at this point.Oh,and why were we not made aware of our "sloppiness" at the time of service. I'm sure it didn't take you all of this time to determine that! Nonetheless,we are always trying to improve our service and quality and will certainly work harder to please our customers moving forward."
