The service was provided quickly (within a couple hours of my request!) The job was done in a thorough manner; he checked with me before calling it done to be sure the job was completed as I wanted it to be. The plow operator was kind and courteous. I would refer other people to him and definitely hire him again. He did an excellent job. He was removing ice dam from the roof and he does snow removal in the winter. He was very professional. Shawn said it would be a two man job with his uncle, however he brought his fiance instead and she was not experienced it was her first time doing it. She did not have the time efficiency and quality that the uncle would have done.

I hired them to remove some ice jams from my roof. They use steam to remove them, so it is a little more expensive than one would think. However, it worth it. The weather has been terrible this winter. Additionally, the ice jams were bigger than I have ever seen them. I felt it was better to pay a little more now instead of chasing leaks and roof damage when the melting starts. I would hire them back in a heartbeat! Finally, Shawn and his crew were really nice and hardworking. That is why they will be back to do some window cleaning later this year!

I had called another company in the area twice since spring to no avail. Shawn answered my call and set up an appt immediately. The morning of, he called to confirm and was here as scheduled. He will have my business all the time

Shawn and his team arrived as scheduled. They were all courteous, very professional and easy to deal with. He did my windows, triple pane, inside and out; 54 total; they power washed my gutters and did some repair and power washed two decks. The difference was absolutely phenomenal.. I will have them return to stain both decks and do some painting. They did a superb job and deserve a 5 star rating....

Shawn arrive at my residence on time which impressed me. Along with another worker they were both courteous and professional. I had him do both inside and outside of my windows and what a difference it made on them! They hadn’t been cleaned in over three years and the finished product was simply outstanding. I will definitely be using his cleaning service again next year!
