Our mission is to provide the Northern & Southern Indiana area with exceptional cleaning services that support and promote quality relationships between us and our clients as well as with the community at large. If you simply require help on a one-time basis, no problem! My team and I will be ready to go. I also offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly appointments for people who would like to enjoy more free time.

"I charged Maria for organization and cleaning. My crew showed up to the job and noticed that the client did not leave hangers (for us to hang up and organize clothing) or a working vacuum. I stated after estimate that I did not supply a vacuum or hangers and that she would need to leave them out for us on the day of First Initial Cleaning. She agreed to leave out hangers and her personal vacuum. I told the client to contact me as soon as she got home so we could go over what was done and what needed to be done next cleaning since the job could not be finished. We finished what we could, but was unable to hang up clothing or vacuum carpeted areas. I offered to come back to the apartment and finish the job without any charge on a later date. **Customer Service is important to Shay's Professional Home Organization. If you are not satisfied, our employees will come back and clean whatever area didn't meet your expectations. We just need to be notified within 24 hours of job. :)"
"I worked with Page from May 2017-April 2018. Had no problems with the client, except for not being able to get ahold of her several times via phone call. Several times client would need to reschedule because of health, so I would fit her in to different days to help her out. I have been in Texas from June 2018-current. Not sure why a review was left several months after leaving Indiana. Customer Satisfaction is important to me and I try to be very flexible with every client."

"I did a walk through with client after the deep cleaning was finished to go over in detail what we did in each room. Was told by the client that she was satisfied and she wanted to schedule for a monthly service. I was not aware of the broken shade and neither was my employee. I called client and apologized about the broken shade and also made her aware that I was making some changes to my schedule and was going to get back with her as soon as I made some changes."
