Shearhart Home Maintenance did a good job on the parts of the house that are clearly visible and I was pleased with that. However, there was a lot of unpainted wood under the eves and under the gutter. One section between rafters over an awning was not painted at all, as evidenced by the dirt and cobwebs that still remain. The unpainted wood was not detected until the next day because work was completed late on the last day when it was too dark to perform a proper final inspection. Also, the work took a day longer to complete than originally promised,

Poorest quality of work Ive ever had. Nothing professional about him.I have had a lot of handyman services in the past and he was the worst.
