They called and showed up which was most of my problem with local plumbers. Their work was good but the price tag was quite expensive.; however, the problem was resolved. Tom was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I received quotes for simple plumbing jobs which were all hundreds of dollars each. I declined to have the simple jobs done and will do them myself.

Installed a sewer back-up preventer valve for me. When they came for the estimate, they noticed that my water pressure valve was rusted and they included that replacement for free. The job was done within 6 hours and the job area was left quite clean barring some dust from cutting up the concrete floor. The workmen were courteous, polite and professional.

Sheerkahn was the only company that was able to meet our needs to repair our exterior sump pump line. Setting up the estimate was easy, professional staff on the phone were accommodating to our needs. They provided a free estimate, transparent pricing, and reasonable timing on scheduling the work. The technicians Tommy and Jason were true professionals and explained each aspect of the process to ensure we were aware of what they were doing and what terrible work was done before. It was discovered that the prior pipes were taped together with painters and electrical tape. Another section of pipe was damaged by a pole that was blocking an already clogged pipe. Another section used french drain piping which had holes in it which made it susceptible to roots penetration and blockages. Tommy and Jason navigated these challenges one after one and finished the job on time.

I see nicks on the doors where the equipment was brought in. Furthermore, I had to pay more for services/equipment that were not part of the original estimate. I am disappointed.

Andrew was exceptionally professional and hardworking. He replaced our 2 electrical panels with one new expanded and modern one. This job took10-11 hours over two days, and he worked with nearly no breaks to deliver a beautiful, safe, streamlined panel. He kept us updated, explained every option, and then explained what he'd done. I'd definitely go with this company and electrician again.

This company is unresponsive. I asked for management to call me back regarding my service. No one called back. They charged a flat rate for the job, which turned out to be GROSSLY over charged. Retail part cost $ 119. They were here approx. 2 hours which includes the part pickup time and the charged $675. That works out to approximately $275 an hour to pickup the part and install. GROSSLY OVERCHARGED!

"Robert, I just want to say thank you for giving us the opportunity to come out and install your garbage disposal. The part is not $119.00 but I understand that is what someone told you. If you would like to call the plumbing supplier to verify you absolutely can. We also had victor out which is one of our best technicians and 5 stars rated. We sent our electrician out to test the wiring just to prove the garbage disposal was in fact bad, which you were not charged for, because you were in disbelief. Victor did a fantastic job on your garbage disposal and Sheerkahn in general went above and beyond. In conclusion, the profit to Sheerkahn services after all expenses was under 125.00 for the total job, with 2 technicians out to your home from 2 different departments for over 2 hours. I am sorry you feel this way but with that being said, if there is absolutely anything we can do to make your experience better with us, please let us know and we will do what we can to help. Thank you again for having us out."
