Non responsive. They made a major mistake during installation and then treated me like it was my fault their people screwed up. It was painful getting the job completed and I am still having issues with the system. Terrible communication.

Do not trust Sheerkhan they do shoddy electrical work and than are not reachable by phone. There work is not passing inspection and they are not around to fix it.

FRAUD Company. Stay away from them. Do not pay until they install and get your unit working. They installed new HVAC unit for me back in February and did not fill AC with refrigerant. Now they are no where to be found.

We had a mini split system installed, had some issues with the initial install but they came back and fix it, their customer service is beyond compare.

They took my deposit of $4800 they are not reachable by phone they emailed me saying they were going to send a refund and I requested a check now they are not responding since there. I read some other reviews saying they do not respond.

Have been unable to rich Sheerkahn Services, LLC for over a week via phone, texting, or email to fix an issue.

Reliable, especially the sales representative and technicians very good.

If I could give the staff 10 stars, I would. The staff was professional, talented, experienced and all around the best quality that I could hope for. We had a sump pump installed including the pump pit as well as a check valve to prevent sewer back up.

I have had Sheerkahn Services work on several electrical and plumbing issues at the fixer upper my husband and I bought in Bloomfield, NJ. In particular, Andrew, their electrician, has quoted me very fair prices and done a great job upgrading us to 200 amp power, installing a new panel and adding proper grounding to our home along with Joe, his assistant.

I hired sheerkahn after joe lacle visited my home and went over furnace water heater and air conditioner I purchased home recently and was concerned about these systems I agreed to the work I received a call from Kelly and appointment was set up in less than a week.Monday oct 4th a crew led by Doug was here as promised at 8 am Anthony c Anthony s Jason Eddie Andrew and joe each had a specific job First order of business was putting drop cloths down thruout Iâ m glad I opted for the ultra violet inside furnace because when the existing one was dismantled Doug showed me the mold that was present in unit They were all very professional financing was approved in less than five minutes The furnace that was replaced was on its way out as was the 3 ton unit these guys were friendly very work orientated and they were completed by 4 pm Couldnâ t ask for better service Peace of mind

The Dream Team of Tommy Depaola and Victor Rivera was exceptional. They came to my home to replace my cast iron sewer pipes to pvc. They were very professional, arrived in the morning and worked diligently to ensure all was handled properly. This was not an easy job and They worked in an uncomfortable space with good humor and efficiency. I felt a good sense of comfort having them here as they walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I received a quality job by an awesome team.o

Earlier this year Sheerkahn installed a new boiler in my home. Naturally, I reached out to them when it came time for air conditioning. My house is from 1924 with no duct work. This was not going to be an easy job. Yet, Sheerkahn managed to pull it off with NO issues. They flawlessly installed central air in my attic to all of the bedrooms on the second floor. On the main floor and basement they installed mini splits. These units amaze me. One mini split on my first floor cools off the ENTIRE floor. And I can barely hear it. Doug was in charge of the team and did an amazing job. He was on top of his game and knew exactly what was going on. Bonus that he liked my coffee. Andrew handled upgrading my electrical panel to carry the load and it gives me such peace of mind that it was done correctly. And Jason touched up areas of the house that needed spackling & paint and I can't even tell they were here. The hot summer months were now cool and comfortable in my house and ALL of my neighbors were jealous. Seriously people...get an estimate from these guys. It will be worth it.

Victor Rivera installed a pump for my washing machine with a check valve. He does exceptional work and is very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Great Company and Crew. Kevin the Sales Rep showed up right on time for our appointment and was very knowledgeable of Central Air system. He walked us through the whole project and made several recommendations for us to choose from and gave his opinion on which one would best suit our house. No pressure from him at all. The timeline was quick, we signed the contract on Friday and by Tuesday the crew showed up ready to install. The Crew was run by Doug and Jose their guys Micky, Anthony, Santos and Ed all knew what to do and were very nice. The job was slated to take three days but they finished in two. We will be using them for our next project and recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you for a great experience.

Joe, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Understood our issues and came up with the best approach. The team showed up within a week and were all top notch, professional and very respectful of our house. Doug and his team of Jose and Micki checked in frequently to make sure we were happy with their work. Andrew, the electrician, was knowledgeable and figured out the best way to hook the new system into our existing electric set-up. The firm also employs a very personable handyman (Jason) who works with you after the install to make sure that any stray holes or outside lines are covered to your satisfaction. Would definitely hire them again.

A couple issues arose during the process and they made sure they were addressed with as little trouble to me as possible.

The techs, Hector Rivera and Jason Muniz were the best. They were helpful, pleasant, and professional. They answered all our questions and completed the job in a timely manner. They didn't leave until the job was done and they cleaned up. The office tried to sell additional services after I spent over $4500 to replace pipes, install a new sump pump and buy and install a tankless water heater. If I wanted a water softener I would have asked for an estimate.

I couldnâ t have been more impressed with my technician, Tom, the service he provided, his explanation of the work and his overall professionalism. The office was also very aware of our scheduling concerns and very accommodating

Caveat Emptor â Buyer Bewareâ - avoid this company like the plague. I hired Sheerkhan Services in January 2021 to install new water and sewer lines from foundation to curb and a PEX water service in the basement. Joe the owner came to my home to speak to me about the work. Joe's your buddy when he's trying to get your business, but after he has your money, he no longer cares about you, your home or the quality of work performed. While installing the PEX pipes they structurally damaged almost every joist by drilling their holes too low. They failed to obtain permits, back filled the trench without authorization, so the inspector could not assess their work and received a total of NINE code violations. After receiving notice of their violations, the owner Joe called me yelling, screaming and using profanity towards me. Joe initially refused to complete any repairs, but after threat of a fine from the inspector, he agreed to complete ONLY the repairs needed for code compliance. Those repairs were supposed to completed by April, but were not finished until June 2021. Additionally, we spent nearly $6,000 to replace or add plumbing due to their substandard work. On the day of their work, their plumber Tom told us they were leaving about a foot of Orangeburg pipe in our sewer line, even though it was near collapse, because they claimed that pipe was in the city side of the sewer line. When we dug a second time with a different plumber to remove that Orangeburg, we found that it was actually on our side of the curb and could have easily been removed by Sheerkhan without encroaching into to the city connection, which would have made the second dig completely unnecessary. There's so much more I could put in this review, but because of character limits I'll stop here. I strongly recommend against hiring Sheerkhan because no other homeowner should experience what we experienced after hiring Sheerkhan. *Nine code violations is excellent work?

It was a pleasure working with Sheerkahn Services. They helped me replace a faulty heating furnace in the dead of winter at my rental property. They quickly responded to my questions and were able to finish the work within the week. They were very professional and even provided electrical heating devices to keep the tenants warm for a couple days until the installation was finalized.
