STARTED OUT EXCELLENT BUT DID NOT CHARGE ENOUGH AND AS THE PROJECT PROGRESSED HE DECIDED NOT TO DO SO MUCH IF HE HAD CHARGED MORE HE WOULD OF DID BETTER HE HAD A GOOD ATTITUDE THE JOB WAS JUST BIGGER THAN EXPECTED
Response from Shelby Pressure Wash
"I am sorry you were dissatisfied. At the completion of the job, you agreed that everything was satisfactory and it looked much better. I strongly disagree with your point of my effort as the job progressed. I spent a full day on it and came back the next day to finish the job. As far as your rating concerning value I am a little surprised as well. We do not normally fill in the joints of the concrete, you knew this, but we did it anyway because you said you were not physically able to. Having not done this before, you are correct in that we grossly underbid the project yet still stood fast to the price we agreed upon. You received a great deal"

David is such a perfectionist that he goes above and beyond his time to get the job done perfectly. You will not be disappointed. And on top of it he is such a kind soul that you want to invite him in for dinner afterward. I highly recommend him and we will continue to use him year after year after year. A+++++++
