We hired Shell Restoration to replace our roof and gutters less than a year ago, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. The company made several basic and serious errors, including failing to properly vent our attic, which has since contributed to water damage inside our home. In addition, we were sold a warranty that ultimately did not meet the criteria for the work that was actually performed. We were also told that an Owens Corning representative would be present throughout the installation process, yet no representative showed up on any of the days the work was completed. To make matters worse, prior to working on our home, Shell Restoration was in the process of redoing my sister?s roof. Due to poor workmanship, the company ultimately allowed her to terminate the contract and stop the work. Despite this experience and our resulting concerns, we were not given the same opportunity to cancel our contract.

Ron and his team were awesome! My roof and gutters look great! I'm very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof. Ron kept us informed all along of everything taking place (including delays, thanks to all the bad storms). I'm so glad I chose Shell Restoration!!!

I dealt with Abe Izzo who is always available for questions. His crew did my youngest son's roof and put a flat roof on my addition last year. This year I had my house and two garages done. Shell Restoration was very friendly and finished the roof in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Roof was damaged in a storm and they were the only company that didn't charge me more than I received in an insurance claim. I am very happy with the work that was done.

Did not provide. A dumpster for clean up left a big mess in our front yard for us to clean up.

Would recommend having the sales guys sit down and write down everything you want done. We had to have the guys come out a couple times to install a gutter. Since all the flashing was ripped off and not replaced. They just added the gutters so some gaps needed to be sealed.

My project manager Dustin Maine was very helpful and professional. He was able to look at the old barn roof and give me an accurate cost breakdown. I expected to have to wait until spring, but with the decent weather we have had this winter, the crew was able to get the roof done in February. The crew was fantastic. They had the old roof off and the new one on in no time. They cleaned everything so well that you couldnâ t even tell theyâ d been here. I am so pleased with this company from start to finish. Dustin made sure I was happy with the job. I am.

Following a 20-minute hailstorm in NW PA in June 2021, with hail up to 1.75", both my house and garage roofs sustained significant damage. Many non-local contractors were soon arrived in town to help us get our properties repaired. I hired Shell Restoration. The original damage estimate from my insurance carrier acknowledged very minimal damage to my house roof and none to my garage roof. My Contractor's Representative, Dustin Maine, assured me that there was much more damage to both structures than the insurance originally found. Together we determined to make sure my properties were reinspected, which took almost 4 months. Once that was done, we arrived at a final settlement. The Shell roofing crew completed my house roof installation in one day and the garage in less than half a day. If I ever need another new roof, I will not hesitate to call Shell.

I had two previous estimates for a new roof on my house. Abe from Shell Restoration gave me an estimate that was 2000.00 cheaper than others and also included my garage. i had two skylights installed that were leaking and Abe made sure they were fixed. Wow!!! What an amazing job Abs Izzo and his team did on my home and my garage! My house had an old slate roof from 1936 that was in need of being replaced. I reached out to Shell Restoration and am I glad I did. Abe Izzo came over and evaluated the house and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He responded quickly and kept me in the loop regarding timeline from materials to completion date of the project. His Team was hard working and meticulous about taking care of all the debris from the old slate roof and in 2 days everything was completed. Work was done in one day. The roof looks great. Even my neighbor commented on how good the workers were and how good the cleanup was.

I live in Arizona and contacted Abe IZZO, Shell Restoration, about remolding our home in NewCastle. Abe explained the process with estimated costs and time involved. Material was selected by samples shown to me. I was given almost daily updates on the roof, siding, new doors and porch The home needed a new HVAC system. On installation of the HVAC Abe was there to make sure it was completed. Take in mind this was all done by telephone between Abe, myself and Kelly the office manager I made the trip to New Castle and met with Abe. I was amazed at the quality of the work. We decided to go ahead with a full remolding of the interior Abeâ s customer service went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed correctly. Abe and Kelly are very easy to deal with, no hidden costs or delays. It was all straight forward. Being 2400 miles away trust is a big issue. I trust Abe and look forward to dealing with him and Shell Restoration in the future. If you are considering any repairs do yourself a favor and meet with Abe IZZO for an estimate.

Project Manager Abe Izzo contacted me after an Angie's List search for commercial roofing contractors near Beaver Falls. Abe was awesome! We met at First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls and he immediately went to work! After several weeks of discussion and 2 other bids for the project, Shell Restoration was awarded the job. The project began the very next week and, despite poor weather, his crew completed the job in less than two weeks. Our church roof was a complicated install due to the steeple, and the many peaks and valleys connecting the old building to the new building. The newly shingled roof looks amazing, and fit our limited budget perfectly! I strongly recommend Abe Izzo and She'll Restoration of New Castle for all your roofing needs!
