Poor customer service they say that the owner Chris will call back, and after many phone calls and emails, 2 weeks waiting for no courtesy phone call. The quality of the roof installed left a lot to be desired. I called the office and asked if they could look at a small concern. I had about a part of the roof that they did not put flashing on after many attempts the office lady would only say. I gave him your message and Chris will call you. I called another company and paid them for the repair because Chris was not calling me back. I gave them enough time to respond back to me. I gave them a bad but true review on another place, hoping I would at least get a call from them. Today I noticed their response, another excuse, and deception they are blaming the COVID 19 situation for them not calling me back. A phone call has nothing to do with COVID. They do not do good work and not honor their warranty. Very bad customer service. I do not like to write reviews. I felt compelled to write this review because others need to know how this company deceives or tries to deceive by blaming others for their lack of integrity and inadequate customer service.

Great team work.

The supplys were dropped off on Friday night and work began on the following Monday and work was done Tuesday evening. My yard was clean and all debris removed.

James Keithley, Claims Specialist, made contact with me immediately, the overview of the work required was extremely accurate, the cost was very reasonable, and Mitch Gibbons, the roofing professional on site, was Awesome!! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Shelter Pro provided a worry free roofing repair experience. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend them for any size project and you will not be disappointed.

The repair was completed with a great deal of consideration to our needs. It was a small repair but the company approached the job in a very professional manner. Their carpenter on site, Mitch Gibbons, did an excellent job. I would easily recommend this company.

Helped me a great deal in getting my whole roof replaced instead of just twelve shingles that my insurance adjuster said. They met with my adjuster again and proved I had more damage to my roof than what was previously adjusted. They also got me money for my fence being blown down from the storm. Roof looks great. Only thing is that they did not clean up around the house as good as they were supposed to.

Easy to work with, professional

I had an old tar and gravel flat roof that had developed some leaks over the last extremely hot summer and the the large amount of rains we had here in San Antonio. Shelter Pro removed the old roof down to the decking (and repaired some rotted decking as well), added a slight pitch with insulation material and installed a 60 mil TPO Roof Material. At first there was still some small ponding issues, but they came back and made it right, no questions asked. I now have what appears to be a tough commercial style roof. Let the rain come. No more worries. The Rep's I worked with were friendy and professional throughout the job.

Hands on experience. Nice work and very quick. Few shingles left behind, but overall very pleased with results. Expect the roof will now last in excess 30 years. Thanks.

Professional and diligent

The rep that came out was very friendly, easy to talk to, helpful and professional. He helped us get a new roof after our insurance co. Said we didn't need one. He was patient when waiting for the check from the insurance co. However, we were not at all pleased with the workers disrespect for our property or their clean-up afterwards. The rep offered to send them back out to clean-up, but we had already cleaned their mess. (gum, gum wrappers, soda cans, water bottles, roofing nails, roofing materials, and a chicken leg bone) Because of Shelter Pros' rep, I would recommend them, however be prepared for the mess.

I worked with Luke on scheduling the replacement of my roof. He was very professional and polite. The roof was replaced in one day and looks great! Thank you Shelter Pro for finishing the job on time and on budget. Excellent job!
