When telling him about my roof problem, i mentioned gutters. didn't ask him to fix them but he did and didn't raise his price from fixing my roof. when i saw him fixing my gutters, i started to cry. knew i couldn't pay him for that and he just said " you just need alittle help". i scraped up a few dollors more for him. he didn't want it but i made him take it. i will call him for future projects. he has the work ethic i was raised on...honesty!

Hired William to repair my roof - had a small leak. I could not get anyone else to come out and take a look due to cold weather and rain etc. He met me the next day and repaired my roof on a very cold day because it was going to rain the next day. Very responsive and reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

I found Shelton Roofing on this site earlier this year. William Shelton was quick to reply to my inquiry and came out to give me a quote to repair my patio roof - gave me a quote and said it came with a 7 year guarantee(which is fantastic). I hired him for the job. He came out and repaired the roof and told me to let him know if it still leaked after rain. It rained --and it leaked. The plywood underneath stayed wet. I contacted him several times and it took him several months to come back out and repair (again). He reattached the gutter, but did not put an end-cap on the gutter so when it rains, the water pours out the end with no end cap and has ruined the plant bed below. This has been an ongoing issue since before April 2017 - it is September 2017 and the issue is STILL not resolved. He told me he would replace my roof if the repair did not work. The repair did not work and I need my roof replaced. He came out in August and said he thought it was a totally different issue than he originally said and did not replace my roof (he also did not put the end cap on my gutter). When I asked him about it, he said he "forgot". I paid him in good faith for a job he told me he would do -- -which he has not done. Extremely, extremely disappointed. I have been fair and have tried to be understanding (April to September with still no resolve is very understanding). I would like my money back, but that would require Shelton Roofing to reply and take ownership for a job not well done.

Very thorough, worked quickly, effectively diagnosed the gutter blockage problems. Arrived promptly; kept in touch on the day he came over.
