Shenandoah Appliance, Plumbing & Electric, LLC

They were fast and courteous.

Mark was professional and courteous. He was methodical in figuring out what was wrong with my oven. He found the problem and fixed it within an hour. We are very pleased with his work and will hire them again. We highly recommend them!

Excellent service except for having to wait for parts

The work was scheduled quickly, and pricing was made clear right from the beginning. The work was done quickly and professionally. Definitely will call them for future appliance repair.

After 10 days, I'm still waiting for them to come back with a new part to fix the dishwasher. It appears to a problem with the hose that attaches to the drain. It's hard to believe it takes this long to find part they need. Not to mention the $60 dollar charge for a $5-10 hose.

Shenandoah appliance repair did great work. The repairman that came to my home was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Markup on parts was reasonable and labor was decently priced. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Very nice and polite.

Very knowledgeable and excellent service. Veteran operated.

Very quick and technician was very friendly

They were able to squeeze me in when I really needed them.

The tech they sent could not fix the problem and they were not helpful.

They saved me from having to buy a new washer. I was very satisfied

Ok but I felt like they did not even look at the dishwasher. He just turned I.t on and said he could tell from the sound it was broken.

Absolutely terrific service

They came when they said they will come. Did a great job

Great!!!!

From the moment of my first interaction, this company was professional and responsive. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately through the Home Advisor app and quickly received a phone call from Shenandoah Appliance to confirm and even offer to move my appointment earlier in the week. They confirmed their arrival and then arrived on time. The tech was professional and definitely knew his stuff. I was able to ask any and all questions I had which were answered without hesitation. Overall, a great experience and one I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Easy to schedule, showed up on time and resolved the issue. Saved me from buying a new refrigerator at a fraction of the cost. I will use the again!
