No accountability! Installed defective bathtub and blamed me. Refusing to provide warranty or permit/inspection. Bathtub fiberglass is see through, did not set with any mortar or support underneath. Manufacturer sent an inspector that determined bathtub was cracked from the bottom up - deeming it Shepherds responsibility. State law provides consumers with one year mandated warranty. I will have this issue resolved regardless of what actions I have to take. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company that does not stand behind their products they purchased from their vendor and installed. Noticed and reported the damage the first time I used the bathtub. Have been stuck using this for 6 months now while they avoid and ignore the problem!

Efren and Ever are awesome. After scoping the line and discovering the issue they used creative problem solving and ingenuity to save me from a repair that would have been extensive and may have involved having to excavate under my existing shop. They did all of this with smiles and professionalism on the coldest morning of the year so far. I will recommend Shepherd Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing need. Great job Efren and Ever! We found them very professional, helpful and concerned for our well-being and protection of our property. They communicated very well, answered all of our questions and are friendly and patient. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Was able to get someone out to fix the leaky pipe in a short order and was only charged about two thirds of Angi's estimate, which was also a big help. Really appreciated their help!

I called them the evening before Thanksgiving and got a quick call back from them. Jeovany came out the next morning after I contacted him and was able to repair out broken pipe. I was surprised that he came out on a holiday but was pleased with him and his work. He also gave us some good pointers for future work that needs done in our home.

Extremely friendly, keep us up to date with everything. Worked fast and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of.

These guys saved the day. Our main water line broke on a Sunday morning (1100 gal/hour by the time turned off according to Nob Hill) so were without water. This company was able to get out Monday morning and get the emergency locate going and were the only company called that responded as promised. Wayne was great and provided great advice on repair vs replacement. So glad we went with his advice for total replacement instead of wasting money repairing what ended up being totally failed pvc piping. They were able to get the whole job done in one day and did a wonderful job making yard look as good as possible, way better than we imagined. Thanks for the professional, quick and quality work from a company that truly seems to care about their work and the needs of their customers.

Beware. They will give you a quote; over the phone, and then will charge you a lot more than what you are quoted. Apparently, no one there knows how to go and do a bid or estimate. That is what I first requested, and was told they don't do that on a small job. Don't have them do anything, unless you have a bid or estimate in writing and in your hands.

Contacted me and made appointment for the next day. Arrived on time, was professional and fast. And did a good job. Will use they again if needed

A man came out a few hours after I called for help for a leaking toilet. He was polite and very professional and most of all he was fast in his work. I received an invoice and the cost was reasonable. I even had him fix a problem in my second toilet as a precaution due to the moving parts being the same as the one being fixed.

They said they Wil be there and they were.

Stan, Zack, and Ricky did great. Changing out a valve did not increase our water flow so they tracked down the problem. We now have plenty of water flow.

Steve and Ricky were great guys. They were courteous and professional, and not only did an outstanding job installing my water heater but they fielded all of my questions and even took the time to discuss the plumbing profession with my teenage son who showed interest in the field. I would highly recommend Shephard's Plumbing to anyone needing work done. The price was also more than fair. Overall a great experience. I will definitely use them again if a need arises.

They were just great! Explained everything to me and also showed me what had broken down! They were both so friendly but professional!!! This is the second job they have done for me and I will hire them again and again!!!

Sheppardâ s plumbers identified our water leakage problem, but it is not something the can repair.

They were able to correct a plumbing problem that the building plumber couldnâ t solve 8 years ago. Prompt, professional, we will use again.

I contacted Shephard Plumbing via the internet (HomeAdvisors.com) We contacted Shephard Plumbing on Monday to confirm our 1 pm appointment, they said they could change out our hot water heater Monday afternoon. It turns out their plumbing tech wouldn't be finished with a project he/she was currently on. they said they would be to our house on Tuesday morning, true to their word, my wife said they arrived around 10 am, replaced our hot water heater and were gone by 1 pm. Excellent company to work with, we'd highly recommend them, I didn't get the names of the employees who came to our house, I want to thank them for being so prompt, courteous and professional.
