Customer service was on point. Cleaning was sub par. However, my major issue with them was that they left garbage outside my building which led to me getting into issues with my landlord. The garbage was never disposed of.

My treadmill had been stored for several months. The power wouldn’t turn on and based on my research I thought the motor had been fried. Before purchasing a bunch of parts and having to make many diy attempts I decided to see if the equipment could be serviced. Several contractors explained quite possible I would need to replace. Thank goodness Shepard’s came out! Not ONLY did I save hundreds but the treadmill was operable again in roughly 2 hours. Yaaaah!!! Apparently dust had settled and the underbody needed to be cleaned. Shepard’s explained the process step by step and I’ll definitely contact again when in need.
