We gave them a 500 dollar deposit to install a new window on our house. The work was supposed to happen on August 2 , it's now August 13 and they finally let us know after repeated calls and no answers that they wouldn't install the window until august 24 at the earliest. 22 days later than they originally quoted us. DO NOT use these guys, they will not answer or return your calls and will not keep to their schedule and have no problem lying to the customer.

I love them!!!! Shep did a great job. He took heading out and put door in - didn't charge me for the heading. Made and installed custom made windows. Always on time.

They forgot to make one smaller window and made a duplicate of a larger window, which put me behind my scheduled completion. They had to reschedule our install date. They damaged some wood moulding in my 1930s home that I can't easily replace, and did a terrible job caulking the windows... messy, uneven, and even missed entire sections. The owner did call me and has agreed to come fix it because it was not up to their standards. I appreciated his call and offer to help; however, I am very disappointed in the poor craftsmanship of the install. They removed old storm windows that were on the exterior of the house and left the screws all over my yard and patio, didn't clean up after themselves, installed caulk over dirty flashing and damaged a lot of my flashing on several windows. I was left with great windows but a terrible finish job and asked to pay the remainder of the bill minus the window they forgot before a quality check. I need to replace my basement windows, but would definitely not use this company again unless they agree to repair all the damaged flashing and provide me with a discount for the poor business.
