During this check of my system, everything was explained to me in simple terms on suggested installation of secondary equipment to maximize the efficiency of my Heating and Air Conditioning system as well as protect them from spikes in power.

I am a VIP member with Sherlock Plumbing, Heating and Air. It is part of my VIP service to have my plumbing evaluated and it just so happens that I had a toilet needing repaired . The shut off valve had broken off and my toilet was running. Josh, my technician was very knowledgeable. He was quick to identify my problems and was able to offer an estimate and complete the work the same day for an affordable price. I highly recommend their services. I have never been disappointed by any of their technicians. Josh went above and beyond making everything as quick and easy as possible for me.

Victor came out to check why my one unit was leaking , he was a true professional, knew exactly what he was doing. One of the politest young men I have met in many years. He found the problem and quickly repaired the problem, he explained everything he was doing and going to do. Victor fixed the problem quickly, and put everything back in place, he went up and beyond by checking to make dure my grand daughters cat was in the house, Victor is a great asset to your company, hope you compensate him good so he will stay with your company. I have used this company for HVAC at 2 homes now: furnace and A/C at my last home and mini splits at my current. Just recently I used them for plumbing: they did a tankless water heater flush, replaced a P trap that was not installed properly, replaced the hose bib on an outside faucet, and replaced a couple of angle stops. All the technicians I have worked with have been extremely pleasant, professional, and have done quality work. A gentleman named Royal came out today. I had been advised by another plumber that all my angle stops needed to be replaced. He was very honest with me. My home was remodeled just 8 years ago. We looked at them together and he showed me that most of them were still in good condition. (Ps. I'm a woman, and I'm pretty handy. I appreciate that he didn't talk down to me or try to upsell me on things I didn't need.) I only took away 1/2 star on customer service because of scheduling issues. I usually have to wait 3-4 hours past my appointment time, but that's pretty par for the course with plumbers. If somebody could figure out how predict the appointment time within an hour or two, that would be miraculous. This is a good, locally owned company. I'm very happy with my HVAC system, and I will continue to use Sherlock for plumbing work!
