Earl was very good we had him do 2 home inspections. The first one saved us from buying a house that would've cost us thousands later down the road and or could of hurt us the second one showed us the flaws but eased our worries about the house. He provided us with pictures as well as all the issues to fix. He is a top notch inspector and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again for an inspection.

I like working with Earl Haddox, everybody I know not to spend money on a home inpector. They said to save the $ 300 that I did. I am glad I got hime to inspect the home. He said I need a new heat pump and the elect system needs to be updated. the two gentlemen worked together as a team because they gave me different perspectives. He tried to open the window and used a high tech guns and three windows needed sealing, He made sure the windows properly close. He told and showed me how to properly open and close the storm windows. He is very communicating and explaining things simply. They showed me where the heating pump use to be which was a big hole which is the reason the floors where cold. He also took a ladder and went up to the attic. He showed me that I only had 1 inch of insulation when you need 5 inches. I need to get a carbon monoxide alarm. He looked up where I could get the alarm and places where there is a discount for the alarms. He also noticed that the smoke detector not working. He told me stories of the carbon monoxide damages and fire hazard. He recommended new flooring
