Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing - Repair- For Business
I have wanted to write this review for a long time! I am not someone who regularly posts online but I absolutely wanted to share my experience with Sherlock Roofing. I own a 1920s commercial building in downtown Atlanta with a large, flat roof. One day, a few years ago, I realized that I needed a new roof. Ugh. A friend had worked with Sherlock Roofing and recommended them to me. I spoke to Scott at length about my situation, and he advised me to go forward with a new type of roofing system. He thoroughly explained the roofing materials and process. He addressed all of my questions and concerns in a friendly, kind manner. I was a little nervous, but took a leap of faith and went with Sherlock, and am so happy that I did! Scott is such a good guy and the team - Shannon and others - true professionals. They are easy to communicate with and responsive to phone calls and follow ups. I am grateful to Sherlock for everything they have done for me! Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure working with this company. From the very beginning Scott put our minds at ease, listening to our concerns and giving thoughtful input to arrive at just the right solution for our 1950's home's leaky, low-pitch roof. He also kept us updated on material options and schedules, letting us know he was working hard at getting the right products for the house and being mindful of our budget. We are very pleased with our new ceiling, roof, fascia, gutters, and wood repairs. Impeccable customer service and great work!
