This house has been a work in progress for years. My husband originally wanted to do everything himself to save money, but between his skills and life, it just kept dragging on. We finally decided it was time to get it finished so we could move forward and rent it out. Finding this company honestly felt like a blessing. What could’ve taken another year trying to finish the kitchen and bathrooms it was complete in about a month. Seeing the house finally finished and rent-ready was such a relief and really exciting for us. Trever pays attention to the details and truly cares about seeing a project through from start to finish. He’s easy to work with, professional, and just a genuinely good guy. Trever was great and very personal when he came to my house. We end up going with an accent wall and painted my living room. Even did a few extra things I didn’t ask for but loved it. Very attention to detail and personable. Will send him to my family for work done.

Trever was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with my decision-making. He guided me on lighting without overselling and truly cared about the quality of the work. Right off I was very impressed with the owner thru cmcns because she told me of her services which I needed painting & needed more repairs to be done around my house. I also needed flooring done as well fixing my stair rails, fawcets, rebuilding my ceiling, etc. She recommended a general contractor who she regularly works with. Both Adija & Trevor Sherman of Sherman R. E. Properties, general contractor, met at my home to assess the work I need done. Adija Banks led the project explaining that work would start with Trevor Sherman, the general contractor & end with her. I tell you the two businesses were very very professional from beginning to end of the project. Both of them were on the job with their crew to ensure work was done professionally & correct ea. day of the project.They both gave me a written contract spelling out the entire project.
