I had no power to the lamp post. After checking the electric panel and changing the bulbs, I hired Sherwin electrical. He checked the switch and then the lamp to find the bulb was not tight. I had no power before I changed bulbs but it still cost me $175.

I am sorry you feel the service was not what you expected. You stated to me that there was no power to the light pole. Also that you changed the bulb. He checked the breaker, the switch, and the post light itself and there was power there. When he took apart the light and checked the bulb he realized it was not tight. We were called out and he performed diagnostic. According to your information. This all costs me money and you should expect to have to pay no matter how small the task. This is how I make my living. If I don't charge the money comes out of my pocket. This is just for your reference for the future to understand how service companies work. not to disparage. I feel the one star is unjustified but it is your prerogative. We have 303 reviews with a 4.7 star rating. 250 which are 5 stars. 44 are 4 stars.
