I called the office and explained specifically that I had 2 leaking bath faucets. The service person said she’d have to check with the technician and get back to me. When she called back she scheduled a 3 hour service window several days later. On the day of my scheduled service appointment I sat at home for 3 hours and nobody came. I called to inquire and again the service person said she needed to call the technician to see what happened. When she called back she said 1) the technician had contacted me previously to cancel the appointment and 2) they don’t replace leaking faucets, they only do bathroom remodels. Neither of those makes sense because there is no record in my phone of any contact from the technician canceling the appointment, and if they don’t replace faucets why would they book the appointment in the first place? Their website even indicates that you can call them to help if you have a leaky shower. This was really unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time.

These guys where fantastic - from the front office to the plumber on site. Home remodel require a new pan unexpected, they jumped in showed up the following day and quickly set us up with a vertical drain, new piping for the shower and even came back to help with the finish fixures (for no charge) while working on a second bath challenge that came up.

Had my home water heater fail. My wife and I decided that we would replace the old water heater with a tankless system. Got a couple of quotes, Sherwood Plumbing Co. gave me a good/fair price on the installation of a Rinnai tankless system. Not an expert but I think they did a great job with the install. Since this job was a bit of an emergency for us, I expected Devin to get back with me sooner then he did but once he did, he was able to coordinate with his crew to get the tankless system installed before the weekend. Two thumbs up!

These guys where great, had a cracked pipe for an outside faucite and they were able to get it replaced quickly and easly. Very upfront about costs and risks, and provided alots of good info to me as a new home owner.

Customer service is outstanding. They are worth every penny-- The service they provided has been a life saver for our family. I can not recommend them enough.

These guys were awesome. We had a small leak in the ceiling pipes that wasn’t gushing but needed attention ASAP. They came same day within 1 hour of calling and were done with the job in less than an hour. Guys were super nice and the work was quality and affordable.
