I'm newly widowed and selling my home of 32 years. When the inspector told me to satisfy a fungal remediation I was clueless!! This company went above and beyond my expectations. Stephen and Zack were on it!!! They made my problem their problem and eased my concerns immediately. I'd called several places that have been around for years (Serv Pro, Terminix) that just made me feel like I was a number on a list, like they'd get to me when it was convenient to them BUT Shield Home Defense responded to my request for a quote immediately and talked me through the process and attended to my request within 24 hours!!! I had some flooding issues in the back of my crawlspace. Not only did they fix the issue, the crawlspace looked spectacular at the end of the service, almost like i could make a man cave out of it!

I’m extremely happy with the work they did on my basement! The team was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They installed a tile drain system and handled all the concrete work with great attention to detail. Everything looks solid and clean, and the water issues I had before are completely gone. They kept the workspace tidy, communicated every step of the way, and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing basement or drainage work done right!

Full encapsulation, drainage system, sump pump and dehumidifier. I had a leaking basement, and the smell was awful. It was damp, and my family was always sick. I am extremely happy with Shield's work. We can enjoy our basement now, and we even turned it into a gym.
