My family has found our home repair company. Highlights; easy to work with, experts, efficient, returns calls, timely & patient. Our 1st job was for leaking windows. Most companies would only replace & not repair. We called 22 companies & received 3 bids. Shield gave a fair estimate. The bid was slightly higher but worth it. We knew with Shield the job would be done right. On the 1st warm Nov. day, Shield was there on time to begin work. The workers were easy to talk to, skilled & explained the work done. We felt comfortable inviting them into our home & knew then, we found our repair company.
