He called to let us know he would arrive a little late. Upon arrival, he met with my husband and suggested a pest control schedule for us. He sprayed outside and in, explaining that the spray is NOT harmful to children or pets. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We look forward to working with him in the future!
