Worse cleaners ever

We needed help making sure our apartment was clean to move out. We described what we wanted, got a quote, and the ladies that showed up did everything quickly and professionally. Would use them again without reservation.

Gianine called me quickly on the phone, after I inquired about service.. she came to my home and gave me a competitive and fair price. I had gotten two other prices. Gianine was on time for our appointment and put in a full days work for the initial cleaning. I will continue to use this service in the future.

The initial experience with Janine went well, she was very receptive and showed up right away to provide an estimate for the cleaning service. I was told the initial cleaning would be much more expensive as they do a thorough clean and then the bi-weekly cleaning rate would be lowered. Janine and the team showed up right away and on time for the first cleaning and did a great job. I told Janine I needed somebody to be consistent on the bi-weekly cleaning days and times and she assured me I would be added to the schedule. Unfortunately, after the team left that is the last I had heard from her. I texted her 3 times since, requesting the follow up cleaning schedule and have never heard a word back. I believe they wanted to do the job for the much higher rate but was uninterested in the reoccurring cleaning. I would beware after my experience.

Guanine and Theresa were wonderful. Not only did they do an amazing job but they are also the nicest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Thank you, Shimmer & Shine!!

Gini and her crew did a fabulous job on our apartment. It was in deplorable condition when they arrived, and not only did they make it shine from top to bottom, they organized piles of clutter and cleared up our backfill of dishes! Having the fresh baseline they set helped us maintain and move forward with the huge progress they started. Communication was fast and accurate, and they are so pleasant to work with. Professional, efficient, effective...HIGHLY recommended!
