I was at first hesitant to write a review - the individual did a fine / acceptable job at cleaning. I?m however disappointed at the business tactic used by her which may or may not have been intentional, but nonetheless, not acceptable. *Predatory tactic*: I was quoted $200 for a 2000 sq ft 2 bedroom home. The moment she arrived at my nee home, before entering or anything, changed the price to $300. *Issues that came up which were ok*: I scheduled I month advance. I had to send a reminder message for the cleaning the week of, which was confirmed. On the day before the cleaning, I was asked to move our previously confirmed (month in advance) cleaning to another day later in the week, which I reluctantly agreed. I shared I was tight on time as I definitely needed a clean before visiting family arrived. On the original cleaning day, she called at 8 am to AGAIN reschedule back to this day, which I said no. I had already moved around schedules and plans to accommodate the new day.

"I am glad that agreed that I did an excellent job, ever since Covid, we give quote over the phone, but when we get to Clients house and is different from what we will told or excepted, we adjust and give a price equivalent to the job in question. The pro was prompt for agreed time. Very professional. I was expecting to have my floors cleaned and shined. The pro did an great job cleaning the ceramic tile just no shine. The other floors were swept and mopped. Furniture wasn't moved. Floors dull, no shine.

I had the pleasure of working with Chisom from New Dawn Cleaning, and what began as a simple clean quickly turned into a deep clean. Without hesitation, she adjusted to the new request and provided the service at a very reasonable price. The results were outstanding—my house looks wonderful, everything is spick and span.
What impressed me most was her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Even when I asked her not to clean above the countertops, she still took the initiative to wipe everything down, ensuring no spot was overlooked.
Chisom’s professionalism, flexibility, and thoroughness exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely grateful for the care she put into her work, and I will absolutely be booking her again. Highly recommended!
