I thought when I was told a â move outâ cleaning it meant a fully cleaning. There were a lot of missed spots. There was a contractor doing flooring at the time and I told her not to worry about the hardwood but the below werenâ t clean at all: kitchen sink, fans, light fixtures, and bathroom flooring not being replaced. Also, they did clean the laminate and it left a slick greasy film on the floor. She did offer to come back in a few days but I had to move out and someone new was coming in that next day so I didnâ t have that option. Next time I will just have to be more clear and check more closely. She did give $25 back but I paid $465 and that was a lot of money for something I wasnâ t satisfied with. The oven was cleaned nicely though so I was very happy with that.

"Tiffany, we do apologize that you weren't 100% satisfied with our services. We put forth great effort to ensure you are please with the services rendered. However, we do ask that the areas to be cleaned are assessable (we do not mind moving items in order to fully clean) but we could not easily clean the areas needed while the contractor was working throughout the home. Also, after the areas were cleaned the dust from the wood work equipment blew back into the air and all over the fixtures, floors, and counter tops. This made our job extremely difficult to handle causing a lot of rework for the team. Additionally, we encourage all clients (as with yourself) to freely walk through the home, evaluate everything, make sure it meets your expectations prior to our departure. We do aim to please. And that is the reason why we offered to return to correct the concerns after receiving messages several hours after departure. Again, we honor your business and will gladly provide a discount for a future cleaning. Thank you."

From initial call to scheduling, the experience was beyond what I expected. As someone who tends to be somewhat OCD lite, Iâ m very leery that anyone can clean as meticulously as I do. But since my two car accidents I just donâ t have the energy or willingness to push my body in that way. The team arrived 15 minutes early and after a few hours my house was unrecognizable. Looked great, smelled even better. The care, focus, and intentional way of cleaning EVERY inch, is how I approach cleaning. To see someone else do that in my home was quite impressive. Thank you for treating my space so honorably. Iâ ll definitely be calling regularly.

There was a huge difference between the amount we agreed with on-call and what she actually charged, I am disappointed because I ended up paying much higher than what I expected. Despite this work quality was also poor did not clean inside cabinets, kitchen backsplash and much more work was missed.

"Hello Ketaki, I greatly apologize for any inconvenience's. Unfortunately a team of 3 handled the cleaning at your home and spent over 2.5hrs in the kitchen and 7.5hrs in the entire home. When clients request deep cleans, it is recommended all food items be removed from inside of cabinets if cleaning of these areas are important to the client. When the staff arrived food was in every cabinet and items in all drawers. When providing a quote for service it is pertinent that we provide the actual price for the services requested and if the service requests significantly changes in anyway during the cleaning process, we must adjust the pricing."

Missed bathrooms baseboards, towel hangers. Granite counter tops were not cleaned well, leaving a film layer of grease and dirt.
