Did an ok job cleaning the house but broke an expensive vase in our master bathroom and never told us about it. Should have been upfront and honest. We understand mistakes happen. Will not be using again.

The team needs to be taught how to make a bed.

The quality of the actual work was very good - I had forgotten how good my kitchen could look! But things were missed and, although we were told someone would come back to get the missed stuff, no one did. The business owner was having difficulties with her phone, making communication difficult. Not good for a growing business.

I needed to get my condo unit cleaned within a couple of days prior to my new tenant moving in and she came the next day to give me an estimate and schedule of when she could come back with her team to clean the unit in its entirety. It was a lucky day when I found Shine Brite. The team does a spectacular job, probably the best cleaning service I have ever had. They are very thorough and accommodating. They are in and out of here in two hours and the fee is more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
