Eric came out for an estimate and he was on time and I received a quote within minutes. I scheduled a time for the job to be completed and the crew showed up early which was great. The two men who did the work were very courteous and hard workers.

Everything worked so smoothly. Home Advisor responded immediately as did Shine company. Two days later the work has been done by a very nice young man. The help he gave me in explaining why my gutters were not working was invaluable. The whole experience was so pleasant.

My gutters had weeds growing out of them, they were in bad shape. Shine came out, bagged all of the waste, didn't damage any of my landscaping and was in and out in 2 hours. The icing on the cake was the easy electronic invoicing.

Told them what I wanted done. Sent somebody to look at it, sent a quote by email, hired them. They got the job done sent bill by email wrote them a check. Will be using them in the near future also.

Had difficulty scheduling because of all the rain this spring but finally got it done! The house looks terrific and the staff were very friendly and professional. Would recommend them highly and will use this service again.

Communications in advance were very thorough. Ty and Eric arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning out all of the gutters on my house (2-story). Shine's customer service was great and I would work with them again.
