Don gave me a quote over the phone and that is what I paid, unfortunately not the norm. The 2 gentlemen that came to my home did an excellent job and we will use Shine again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Don gave me a quote via email. The price was reasonable. Don also accommodated my request for appointment, squeezing me in as soon as possible, which worked perfectly. Jeremy and Chad showed up right on time, and they could not have been friendlier, more professional, or hard working. They were clean, quick, and efficient. Jeremy even did a final check on all the work before they left. I highly recommend them!

Happy with work

I had my windows done today. They hadn’t been done in many years. The windows, screens and doors look so much better. The customer service was exceptional! I discussed the job with Don. I explained that I want to wait until my attic exhaust fan was installed. When that was completed I called to schedule the cleaning. The person that came was courteous, neat and very efficient. My house looks much brighter and cleaner after he left. I received a courtesy phone call from Don making sure that I was happy with the work. I am and I recommend this business to anyone without hesitation.
